Physical Education


Our Physical Education program is coordinated by Mrs Kate Scott. Each class participates in a weekly 50 minute lesson where they are involved in minor games and practice skills using a variety of equipment. Students work on their Fundamental Motor Skills by practicing activities such as kicking, throwing, running and catching.

 

Students in grades 3-6 are able to participate in the school swimming, athletics and cross country programs where they are given the opportunity to compete against local and state wide schools.

 

Students in grades 5 and 6 also play many different sports such as Netball, Football, Soccer and Basketball in our Interschool Sport program where they play against other schools.
